From recruiting and onboarding to leadership development, conflict resolution, and scaling our people operations, you’ll ensure we are attracting, growing, and retaining the very best. You’ll set the tone for how we hire, onboard, engage, and empower our people, creating an organization that is fast, innovative, and aligned with our vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Culture & Employee Experience (The Heartbeat of TPM)
  • Own and drive company culture—ensure it remains our differentiator as we scale.
  • Be the first impression for new hires, making sure every onboarding experience is elite.
  • Maintain 1:1 relationships with employees across all levels—people should trust you as their go-to.
  • Continuously develop and execute initiatives that increase engagement, retention, and belonging.
  • Coach and develop leaders to ensure they’re building high-performing, people-first teams.
  • Be the voice of the employee to the leadership team, advocating for the best workplace possible.
  • Talent Strategy & People Development (Finding & Growing the Best)
  • Own recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for TPM, TrebleHook, and ColorLab.
  • Identify top-tier talent and implement hiring strategies to scale without losing our culture.
  • Create pathways for leadership development, coaching, and career growth.
  • Build a future-forward workforce plan, ensuring we have the right talent in place as we grow.
  • Keep a pulse on the best hiring & retention strategies—always pushing us to improve.
  • HR Leadership & Compliance (Blocking & Tackling)
  • Oversee all aspects of HR—benefits, payroll, compliance, and policies.
  • Ensure legal compliance with employment laws, safety regulations, and benefits administration.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation & benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution with professionalism, fairness, and empathy.
  • Drive performance management & feedback loops to maintain a high-accountability culture.
  • Over time, build out and delegate HR functions as needed to scale effectively.

What You Bring

  • A people-first mentality—you see HR as a growth engine, not just an administrative function.
  • 10 years of experience in HR leadership, talent strategy, or a similar high-impact role.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where speed & execution matter.
  • Strong tech proficiency—leveraging HR systems, automation, and AI to streamline processes.
  • A high EQ—you know how to navigate relationships, manage conflict, and build trust.
  • Exceptional leadership skills—you can influence, coach, and inspire at every level.
  • A “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality—you’re willing to do the work, not just talk about it.

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience in technology companies and multi-brand organizations.
  • Have HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, etc.) or leadership development training.
  • Have worked in scaling organizations where HR was a competitive advantage.
