Responsibilities may include:
- Support daily production processes by operating industrial sewing machines, constructing garments, and ensuring efficient workflow on the production line.
- Inspect garments at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on sewing equipment to ensure machines run smoothly and report malfunctions as needed.
- Assist in the finishing, packaging, and labeling of garments, following company guidelines.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations and production areas, following all safety and cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other production associates and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines.
- Manage materials, threads, and supplies to ensure they are readily available for production, assisting with inventory counts as needed.
