POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This position recruits both blue and white collar positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, process, providing timely communication and updates.

6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
7. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
8. Ensure proper onboarding process if followed for positive employee experience

10. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
11. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
