Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the operations of our RumFish Grill retail shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail shop, including supervising employees and maintaining inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolve Guest complaints promptly, and promote a positive shopping environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance store image and satisfy quality/concept standards.
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in buying decisions, attend retail markets, and develop pricing strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum one-year experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with Point of Sale systems.
