Accounts Payable Clerk
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for accounts payable functions, including but not limited to, processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements and vendor PCard transactions, supporting the Accounting department and assisting in accurate and timely financial statement reporting in a fast-paced environment.

- Entry of approved invoices into the accounting system
- Vendor Account Set Up
- Reviewing payable statements and following up on invoice discrepancies
- Handling vendor payment inquiries
- Processing and reviewing credit card transactions
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information
- Must be able to communicate with others
- Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
- One year of accounts payable / accountingwork experience preferred
