This is a Full Time Payroll Specialist position located right off the Medical Lake exit near the Petro. Easy access right off the freeway, minutes from Downtown Spokane.
As a member of the Payroll Team, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly driver payroll. Key responsibilities include processing employee garnishment orders, uploading 401(k) contributions, assisting with tax filings, and leading in-person training sessions for new hires to provide an overview of payroll procedures and answer any related questions. This role also involves responding to employee inquiries and resolving payroll-related concerns.
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong attention to detail, uphold confidentiality, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education/Experience: to perform this job successfully, it is preferred an individual have:
- Minimum 2 years payroll experience
