In this role, you will provide administrative support to our home health, ensuring that all patient records are accurately filed, maintained, and uploaded to Kinnser. You will also be responsible for managing phone calls, preparing admission packets, and providing clerical support. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be critical to the success of our team.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Answer and direct phone calls using professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
- Assist with customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings as a personal assistant for team members.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Operate office equipment and maintain computer literacy for various administrative tasks.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
