TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a resourceful Systems Administrator I to join our team at the Nashville, TN Headquarters.
Summary : We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware, and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. The candidate should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. The goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently with the least amount of downtime.
This position is expected to be hybrid. The selected applicant will report to the Nashville office 3 days a week.
Primary focus will be on :
- Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Collaborating with team members about ongoing and future projects.
