Your Impact as a Staff Accountant
Youll play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust business controls, and driving operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include :
Managing month-end close duties, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Overseeing inventory valuation, cost controls, and customer rebate processes.
Leading balance sheet reviews and assisting with tax filings and audits.
Monitoring revenue, cost of goods sold, and intercompany inventory transfers.
Supporting capital expenditure and purchasing card programs.
Driving process improvements and enhancing internal controls.
What You Bring to the Table
Education : Bachelors degree in Accounting (CPA is a plus!).
Experience : 3 years in accounting (GL, costing, public accounting, or related fields). Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
Skills :
Proficiency in month-end close processes and journal entries.
Experience with Infor XA or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
