Duties Description This position will be filled in the Alternative Project Delivery Bureau within the Project Management Office. This Bureau manages the procurement process for certain projects; implements statewide alternative project delivery policies, procedures, manuals, and standards; oversees local projects using alternative procurement; manages consultant contracts; manages the Department’s Project Labor Agreement program; and provides training and technical assistance to various Department groups. Under the direction of a higher-level supervisor duties may include, but are not limited to: • Facilitate coordination with various internal and external stakeholders;• Assist with the management of consultants, including review and processing of payment requests;• Review local projects to ensure compliance with federal requirements;Assist with the Department’s Project Labor Agreement program;• Perform and monitor project data integrity in Primavera P6 and respond to requests to troubleshoot and solve issues;• Create and maintain analyses, dashboards, agents, and visualizations in Primavera P6 to provide project/program information;• Assist in review of the Project Management Office’s manuals and procedures;• Perform data collection and technical analysis, using various department-wide applications;• Prepare presentations, letters, databases, reports, and records utilizing Microsoft products;• Prepare findings for supervisors, including recommendations and alternatives, demonstrating the rationale for conclusions and recommendations in final format; and• Other duties as assigned and as discussed at the interview.
