Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand SFCC requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SFCC features.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
- Validate cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for e-commerce applications.
- Ensure test coverage of SFCC integrations (e.g., payment gateways, third-party APIs).
- Work with developers to ensure test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration processes are in place.
- Contribute to automation testing frameworks and maintain test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or WebDriverIO (preferably integrated with SFCC).
Required Skills & Experience: - 7 years of QA testing experience, in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Solid understanding of B2C Commerce architecture, Business Manager, and SFCC pipelines.
- Experience in testing headless commerce, APIs, and web services.
- Strong background in manual testing and working knowledge of automation tools.
- Familiarity with eCommerce flows (checkout, promotions, cart, catalog).
- Good understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA or similar.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- SFCC certification(s) (B2C Commerce Developer, Architect) is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
- Exposure to Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud is a bonus.
