Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in the organization by identifying and acquiring top talent to meet the hiring needs of the Company. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing requirements. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, understanding business objectives, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, departmental goals, and overall organizational objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques.
- Conduct thorough resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Administer skills assessments and coordinate additional evaluations as needed.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization's employer brand.
- Promote the company culture and values to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Provide input on talent-related policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years’ experience as a full-cycle recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
