The Social Media Project Manager's primary focus is to plan and implement the company's overall social media marketing strategies. This position oversees daily processes and operations that involve creating Social Media content, managing YouTube, creating podcasts, and managing all social media platforms, including LinkedIn.

Tasks and Responsibilities.

This critical role makes an impact by performing the following critical tasks:

  • Write original, clear, and error-free content for various platforms that reflects the Company's voice
  • Social Media content creation, YouTube management, Podcasts posting, and the management of all social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
  • Create high-quality and engaging content for both YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin, that resonates with our target audience.
  • This includes creating videos, images, captions, and other creative assets that drive engagement and attract new followers.
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that outlines the types of content to be posted, the frequency of posts, and the messaging that aligns with our brand goals.
  • The strategy should focus on driving subscriptions and followers while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Actively engage with your audience on both platforms by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a positive brand reputation and foster loyalty among our audience.
  • Analyze and track social media numbers using analytic tools, generate an accurate social media report, and provide an assessment and regular reports on key metrics such as subscriber growth, follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion rates to measure progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Utilize tools and AI software to make work and projects more efficient
  • Research, evaluate, and select the most suitable AI tools for social media management. This includes tools for content creation, scheduling, analytics, audience targeting, and engagement optimization
  • Integrate AI tools seamlessly into their workflow to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making
  • Leverage AI tools to deliver personalized content and recommendations to engage users and increase conversions
  • Analyze AI-generated data insights to extract valuable information about audience behavior, trends, and performance metrics
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of social media campaigns using AI Tools
  • Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop company material
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships with influencers, brands, or other creators to expand the company's reach and attract new subscribers and followers. This includes negotiating deals, managing relationships, and executing campaigns.
  • Assist Trauma Healing Accelerated in growing its market by presenting creative solutions to our current social media engagement.
  • Provide helpful insights on audience behavior based on how they interact with our different social media platforms.
  • Use these insights and company/brand knowledge to create a social media calendar congruent with our course offerings, events, YouTube, and Podcasts (in working with these internal teams) to make sure all flows and there is continuity in our social media content.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices in social media management.
  • Create and update SOPs for your tasks as needed.
  • Organize the content and images repository in Canva for your more efficient use.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • College degree preferred
  • 3 years managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Podcast)
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure social media performance.
  • Hands-on proficiency with data analysis and platform monetization strategies
  • Good understanding of economic indicators related to platform monetization
  • Demonstrated ability in creating and implementing effective social media strategies
  • 1-2 years experience working remotely
  • Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Drive
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotion.
  • Proficient in creating engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos using Canva.
  • Strong expertise in the application and implementation of AI tools such as but not limited to:
  • ChatGPT, Canva ai, Otter ai
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Skilled in data entry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Ability to manage across multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Zoom and its advanced features
