TRC Staffing Services is hiring a customer service-oriented and MS Excel enthusiast individual to join Valentine Enterprises Customer Service Team in Lawrenceville, GA 30043. Valentine is a light industrial manufactory specialized in the production and distribution of food supplements.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Engage in activities such as project coordination, strategic planning, reporting and relationship management.
  • Serve as a liaison between VEI and clients to ensure sales objectives and customer requirements are met.
  • Assess potential project hurdles and provide solutions to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure each department has all necessary tools to meet project milestones.
  • Create weekly project summary reports for management including documentation and following up on important actions and decisions from meeting, and project risks assessments.
  • Receive, review and process customer’s purchase orders within 48 hours ensuring price, MOQ and lead times are correct.
  • Resolve any PO discrepancies with the customer prior to processing any order.
  • Maintain and update price and MOQ increments in the system as well as the MOQ/price spreadsheet.
  • Update all finished good item Master Pricing Quarterly in ERP system for entire customer base.
  • Review and cleanup all aging and partially shipped orders monthly for entire customer base.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned including administrative and training processes.
What we want:
  • BA/BS degree in business administration or relevant field preferred (experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree)
  • 2 years minimum experience required in a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills by phone, email, and face to face interactions.
  • Proficient with MS Office 365 communication systems
  • Intermediate MS Excel Skills (creating of VLOOKUP formulas, spreadsheet formatting, data interpretation formulas)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks utilizing time management tools.
  • Detail oriented with a sense of urgency and a team player working under specific department objectives.
