Job Title: Industrial Automation Project Manager

Overview
Coordinate technical engineering activities of project teams and/or execute technical tasks in the design, development, implementation, and documentation of process automation/control projects. Play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects.
Responsibilities:Accountable for project margin and takes steps to increase the financial health of the project.
Establish schedule for projects and carefully monitors project for completion.
Responsible for accurately forecasting budgets and resources of their projects.
Review and monitor potential sources of risk and strategies for mitigation.
Presents Project Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to divisional Director/Group Manager.
Enforces quality plans for projects and monitors projects for quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Serves as the primary commercial contact for customers.
Manages large projects and/or multiple concurrent projects.
Regularly communicates directly with account manager, group manager, division director on project and/or account status.
Actively presents during the sales process by providing schedule, strategy and risks of the project.
Identify repeat business opportunities.
Participates in the divisional forecasting and budgeting for the future fiscal year.
Qualifications
3 years of Automation Engineering and 1-2 years Project Management Experience in the Industrial Automation field
Excellent communications, planning, organization, leadership, and motivation skills.
Ability to balance project finances, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Broad background including automation and information solutions.
Bachelor's degree in relatable field
