- Oversee and coordinate quality assurance activities throughout new vehicle development milestones.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality expectations, leading improvement initiatives to enhance vehicle assembly quality.
- Manage project timelines and ensure the effectiveness of advanced quality development efforts.
- Develop and oversee customer-focused vehicle evaluation systems and security protocols for new vehicle development.
- Analyze and improve quality management systems, ensuring compliance with standards and legal requirements.
- Monitor and investigate non-conformities in both individual parts and fully assembled vehicles, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Plan, track, and oversee corrective actions for non-conformities identified in audits, providing technical support for process improvements.
- Develop and track certification plans to align with market requirements.
- Generate reports on quality performance, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
- Inspect non-conforming parts, set appropriate countermeasures, and ensure overall quality control for vehicle assembly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
