The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support for a top producing Loan Officer and the team. The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, managing the email and calendar for the Loan Officer and team, assisting with marketing and event planning, customer service, and being a source of support for the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the LO's calendar and email inbox.
- Manage Concierge & Soft Drip Marketing Campaigns.
- Assist with the planning and executing events.
- Manage and Update Sales Force for the team.
- Plan and execute gifts from the LO for holidays, closings, Thank You's, etc.
- Assisting with team marketing.
- Manage the LO/team's social media.
- Running errands and making deliveries.
- Assisting with the phones when needed.
- Manage the LO's expenses through expense reports and tracking.
- Other various administrative tasks.
