Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Anaheim, CA & Ontario, CA | Driving Required
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role requires exceptional clerical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple businesses in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and capable of handling both business and personal tasks with efficiency.
Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and oversee calendar management using Outlook & Google Suite.
- Handle high-volume phone calls with excellent etiquette, ensuring professional client interactions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and important documents for easy access.
Client & Business Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for banquet hall clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Assist with customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Organize office operations and procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
Personal & Errand Assistance:
- Assist the CEO with personal tasks, appointments, and event planning.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Be available for local errands and business-related travel.
- Assist with organizing the home, personal shopping, and running errands.
- Ensure the CEO’s home and workspaces are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
Driving & Availability:
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be comfortable driving to Anaheim, CA and Ontario, CA locations, as well as business meetings, events, and errands as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a clerical role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly responsive.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
