Personal Assistant to CEO

Location: Anaheim, CA & Ontario, CA | Driving Required

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role requires exceptional clerical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple businesses in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and capable of handling both business and personal tasks with efficiency.

Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and oversee calendar management using Outlook & Google Suite.
  • Handle high-volume phone calls with excellent etiquette, ensuring professional client interactions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and important documents for easy access.

Client & Business Communication:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for banquet hall clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Organize office operations and procedures to improve workflow efficiency.

Personal & Errand Assistance:

  • Assist the CEO with personal tasks, appointments, and event planning.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Be available for local errands and business-related travel.
  • Assist with organizing the home, personal shopping, and running errands.
  • Ensure the CEO’s home and workspaces are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.

Driving & Availability:

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Must be comfortable driving to Anaheim, CA and Ontario, CA locations, as well as business meetings, events, and errands as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a clerical role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining highly responsive.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
