Treatment Centers of America is seeking a skilled Administrative Services Manager to join our team.

Essential Duties
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential functions:
- Supervise administrative functions and operations within the company’s departments
- Coordinate administrative activities between departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage the company’s HR functions, such as hiring new employees, coordinate training, payroll, and administering benefits programs
- Manage financial assets and liabilities, develop budgets, A/R & A/P, and set financial goals
- Supervise administrative support staff and evaluate their performance
- Provide departments and employees with adequate resources and supplies to perform their duties well
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements with vendors and partners
- Develop and implement the company’s administrative policies and procedures and ensure they are followed
- Improve management systems to make the business run more efficiently
- Prepare and maintain employee records, financial reports, and other documents
- Ensure compliance with renewing and maintaining current business and operational licensing and certifications
- Coordination with the company’s RCM department
- Other duties as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
- An initiative-taking problem solver. Ability to understand and deal effectively with issues and opportunities
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management about the finances of the business and justify certain financial recommendations
- Builds and develops internal and external relationships, creates partnerships, builds trust, share ideas, and accomplishes work
- Embraces change and sets goals that align with the company's vision
Requirements/Qualifications
The person in this position will have the following experience and attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business and financial management within a healthcare setting.
