About the Position:
The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at the Treetops Spa. In this role, you will greet guests, manage appointments, and provide information on spa services and products. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations at the spa.
Responsibilities:

Greet all spa guests in a warm and professional manner, providing a welcoming and calming atmosphere.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about spa services, packages, and availability.

Schedule and manage guest appointments, ensuring accurate booking and efficient use of spa resources.

Check guests in and out for their services, processing payments and maintaining accurate billing records.

Provide information on spa services, treatments, and products, promoting retail items when appropriate.

Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa.

Work closely with the Spa Office Coordinator and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations and address any guest concerns.

Keep accurate records of appointments, sales, and customer preferences for future visits.

Assist with spa-related tasks such as folding towels, preparing treatment rooms, and replenishing supplies when needed.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Proven experience working in a similar role.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
