What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipyard Safety Representative position at TREO STAFFING LLC?
The qualified applicant must have the basic knowledge of all Safety aspects which include inspection, maintenance, and monitoring facility's machinery, equipment, and other conditions to ensure regulatory compliance. Candidate must be highly motivated, have a working knowledge of OSHA / Safety regulations, and must be capable of monitoring / controlling those regulations on-site. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of working experience in safety compliance (ship building and repair experience preferred).
- Must have Confined space certification
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- EMT, First Responder and First Aid Training are a plus
