One of my global clients in the Facilities / Building Services industry is looking for a Strategic Procurement and Commercial Manager to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia (with travel to client offices).
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Strategic Procurement and Commercial Manager to lead the procurement and commercial strategy for our client's organization. In this role, you will manage supplier relationships, drive procurement initiatives, and collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead procurement & commercial functions in the US.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and handle contract negotiations.
- Lead the supply chain mobilization, stabilization & transformation during new account life cycles.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and sustainable procurement practices.
- Monitor supplier performance and oversee contract management.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and other internal teams.
About You :
You bring a wealth of experience in Strategic Procurement and Commercial Management, particularly within the US Facility Management (FM) sector. You possess strong supplier relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and are digitally savvy with expertise in procurement software and MS Office Suite. A technical understanding of FM services and assets, along with experience in ESG initiatives, is advantageous.
