Job Description: Office Manager
Reports To:
The Office Manager reports to the Regional Manager.
Job Overview:
The Office Assistant is responsible for managing the office-side operations of the scrap yard in a way that makes profit for the company. The Office Assistant will interact with every customer in person and on the telephone, handle all payments, and provide all reports required by Tri-Miss Corporate. The Office Manager will act as a liaison between the Regional Manager and the yard personnel, providing guidance to the yard personnel in the Regional Manager’s absence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Operate the cashier’s window
-Provide kind and efficient customer service
-Manage inventory
-Manage yard shipments
-Maintain a safe and clean work space
-Secure work space and monies at the close of business
-Willing to work overtime as requested
-Must be able to work Saturdays
-Any other duties assigned by the Regional Manager

Pay and Benefits:
-Salary ranges from $15-$18 per hour based on experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
