Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as Vice President of Customer Solutions.
Position Highlights: Tri Pointe Homes is seeking a visionary Vice President of Customer Solutions to spearhead our digital transformation and innovation efforts across customer-facing and internal platforms. This strategic leadership role will lead the IT Customer Solutions team and oversee the Salesforce CRM portfolio and the Design Studio Portfolio—including the Envision platform and Measured Options Module (MOM). The VP of Customer Solutions will play a crucial leadership role collaborating with stakeholders, customer solutions team leadership and building the next-generation homebuyer platform that empowers customers through cutting-edge digital tools and achieves business growth goals.
You will work closely with Design, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to deliver customer-centric digital solutions that enhance both homebuyer satisfaction, omni-channel experiences and internal operational efficiencies. This role requires a strong leader with experience in team leadership and coaching, B2B/B2C solutions, knowledge of the latest technology trends, and the ability to scale digital platforms.
Position Responsibilities:
- Digital Platform Leadership: Lead the strategy, development, and execution of Tri Pointe Homes' next-generation enterprise platform to enhance the experience for internal teams and homebuyers alike, aligned with Tri Pointe’s growth goals.
- Salesforce CRM Oversight: Manage the Salesforce portfolio, collaborating with the Salesforce IT Team, Sales, Marketing, and Design Studio business stakeholders to deliver on Tri Pointe Homes' Salesforce roadmap. Continuously identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce innovations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, to optimize customer engagement, conversion and grow revenue.
- Design Studio Portfolio Oversight: Lead the Design Studio portfolio, including the online design studio Envision platform and Measured Options Module (MOM). Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to build scalable digital solutions that empower homebuyers to make informed purchasing decisions, growth revenue and streamline internal processes.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead and coach high-performing teams, including Application Managers, Architects, Developers, and Product Owners/Business Analysts in the Salesforce and Design Studio IT teams. Foster a culture of innovation, providing coaching, development and growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner collaboratively with business leaders across Sales, Marketing, Design, Purchasing, and IT teams to design and implement digital tools that enhance omni-channel homebuyer experiences and streamline internal workflows.
- Innovation in Digital Tools: Drive the development of innovative, customer-centric digital solutions that provide transparent pricing, visualization of home options, and an easy-to-use selection and purchase process for homebuyers.
- Technology Trends & AI-Driven Innovation: Stay current with the latest technology trends in Salesforce, Generative AI, and e-commerce. Apply cutting-edge technologies to drive transformation and enhance operational efficiency and the homebuyer journey.
- E-Commerce Strategy: Lead the development and scaling of e-commerce solutions to improve customer satisfaction and internal operations, aligning with Tri Pointe Homes’ broader digital strategy.
- Vendor & SaaS Management: Manage relationships with managed service partners and SaaS vendors, ensuring alignment with Tri Pointe Homes' strategic goals and the successful delivery of measurable business results.
- SLA and KPI Achievement for IT Teams and Vendors: Define, communicate and monitor SLAs and KPIs for internal IT teams and external vendors, setting clear expectations for performance and satisfaction. Foster a culture of accountability within the IT team, Managed Service Vendors and SaaS Vendors through continuous monitoring and feedback to ensure SLA and KPI achievement.
Position Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).

Experience:
- 10 years of experience in digital transformation, CRM management, or customer solutions roles.
- Experience overseeing Salesforce portfolio, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven track record of driving B2B/B2C digital platform solutions, with the ability to scale operations effectively.
- Experience with Envision or similar online design studio platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-driven technologies, particularly Generative AI and e-commerce innovations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $224,600 - $279,600 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
- Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
