Responsibilities:
- Drive departmental performance to maximize profitability (cost per EQU & SINC) while adhering to strategic objectives (KPIs) and operational policies.
- Foster a high-performing team through effective leadership, development, and training.
- Implement and continuously improve the Business Operating System (BOS), leveraging data-driven insights and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D).
- Champion employee engagement and leader effectiveness.
- Ensure product safety as the Toyota PSB representative.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
- Lead and oversee the HSE management system, ensuring compliance with all regulations and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate a strong HSE culture through active employee participation, risk assessments, and incident prevention.
- Drive proactive HSE initiatives, including training, audits, and emergency response preparedness.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Operations/Plant Management and Project Management.
- Strong background in Industrial/Process Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Expertise in quality systems (APQP, QS-9000, VDA 6.1), problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and the regional industrial environment.
Salary : $145,000 - $160,000
