About This Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a strong consultative relationship based on working knowledge of the RHRP and SC guidelines, protocols, directives and requirements.
  • Understand and react to the rapidly evolving, highly politicized and complex issues related to providing services to a military at or preparing for war.
  • Provide daily hands-on management to respond to the ever changing needs of the SC(s) while identifying and assessing complex issues and problems.
  • Anticipate RHRP and SC needs and assist in identifying cost-effective ways to meet those needs.
  • Manage the RHRP response to questions, issues, requests and other communications related to SC readiness services, providing guidance or direction on issues, as appropriate and making timely and concise written and verbal communication with the assigned SC.
  • Participate and contribute to discussion on the formulation and development of policy on RHRP issues, identifying requirements, analyzing relevant factors, identifying gaps in service delivery, and proposing options and recommendations to improve the RHRP services.
  • Maintain, arrange, and coordinate reports and briefings to the RHRPMO and SCs on the progress of the RHRP and other related matters.
  • Formulate appropriate responses to problems, identifying, resolving, and communicating with the appropriate parties.
  • Review and assess customer satisfaction and lessons learned from surveys, interviews and on-site quality assurance observations at readiness group events, in-clinic service provider sites, and the RHRP Contractor headquarters.
  • Represent the RHRP including making presentations when requested by the Chief of RHRP at external meetings, working groups, and DoD conferences to address current or new RHRP-related projects, requirements or policy issues.
  • Monitor RHRP fiscal activity related to disbursements and obligations of assigned SC funding Task Orders.
  • Assist with the management of the RHRP vendor Common Access Card and security clearance process; as well as, any other IT system account approvals.
  • Participate in the development of presentations for stakeholder conferences, meetings, and working groups, producing clear, concise written products that communicate complex issues in a simplified manner.
  • Provide to the COR and Chief of RHRP reports and other documentation (e.g., Excel spreadsheets, meeting and site visit summaries) as requested that are concise, informative, and well written.
  • Implement approved operational changes or improvements within the policy or structural limitations of the RHRP.
  • Will serve as health readiness system integration analyst. Member of multiple working groups focused on the operational aspects of health readiness systems integration and utilization. Must demonstrate a working knowledge of health readiness systems (current and proposed) related to the RHRP mission to include ACS DAL, EIDS - DxP, JLV, PARATUS, HAIMS, CDS, DOEHRS-HC, ECAA, DOEHRS-IH, SRTS, DOFEMS, MODS, EHA, MRRS, NMO, ASIMS & MEDCHART.
  • Will serve as initiatives planner and developer to include integration or deconfliction with other DoD health readiness activities or applications (e.g. VIPRR, TPR, PHA mobile application et al).

  • Participate in the development of presentations for stakeholder conferences, meetings, and working groups, producing clear, concise written products that communicate complex issues in a simplified manner.
  • Provide to the COR and Chief of RHRP reports and other documentation (e.g., Excel spreadsheets, meeting and site visit summaries) as requested that are concise, informative, and well written.
  • Implement approved operational changes or improvements within the policy or structural limitations of the RHRP.
  • Will serve as health readiness system integration analyst. Member of multiple working groups focused on the operational aspects of health readiness systems integration and utilization. Must demonstrate a working knowledge of health readiness systems (current and proposed) related to the RHRP mission to include ACS DAL, EIDS - DxP, JLV, PARATUS, HAIMS, CDS, DOEHRS-HC, ECAA, DOEHRS-IH, SRTS, DOFEMS, MODS, EHA, MRRS, NMO, ASIMS & MEDCHART.
  • Will serve as initiatives planner and developer to include integration or deconfliction with other DoD health readiness activities or applications (e.g. VIPRR, TPR, PHA mobile application et al).
  • Must possess independent, critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate (written and oral) and coordinate at the most senior levels of the DoD. Prepare executive summaries and operational updates for senior leaders.
  • Must possess operational experience and understanding of the full range of health readiness services to include periodic health assessment, behavioral health, dental, optometry, audiology and immunizations.
