1. Performs a multitude of finance and accounting tasks within the accounting team.
2. Prepares bookkeeping and maintain and reconcile ledger accounts for clients.
3. Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned.
4. Balances books or accounts and prepares profit / loss, income and balance sheet statements for clients.
5. Assists clients with accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing and inventory functions as needed.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and financial analysis.
7. Perform ad-hoc tasks related to payroll services.
8. Compile information for annual audit for clients.
9. Perform tax planning based on involvement with and understanding of client.
10. Provides information to accounting manager by assembling and summarizing operational and financial data.
