About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AWS Enterprise Alliance Development Manager to strengthen and expand our partnership with AWS Professional Services. This role will focus on developing, managing, and growing our AWS Enterprise alliance to drive joint business opportunities, enhance service offerings, and deepen our collaboration with AWS teams.  Job Responsibilities What You'll Do   Alliance Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Trianz’s AWS Enterprise partnership and business.
  • Identify, develop and nurture relationships with key AWS Enterprise leaders at a global level.
  • Own and Develop AWS Enterprise organization map and identify opportunities to collaborate and contribute to.
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with AWS Enterprise teams on high-impact client engagements.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with AWS Enterprise, sales, and partner teams.

Business Development & Go-to-Market Initiatives

  • Plan and coordinate meetings (Sales Enablement, Technical Trainings) with AWS Teams (Sales and Technical)
  • Align AWS Enterprise initiatives with Trianz’s business objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to position Trianz as a preferred partner for AWS-led projects.
  • Identify and pursue joint business opportunities, co-sell initiatives, and co-delivery engagements with AWS.
  • Program Management & Execution

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for AWS Enterprise, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution of joint initiatives.
  • Track, report, and optimize key performance metrics related to AWS partnership success.
  • Manage funding programs, such as AWS Enterprisee Ready, Migration Acceleration Program (MAP), and other incentive programs.
  • Own and Manage Enterprise deal desk – Unblock sales teams in Enterprise attached opportunities
  • Goaled on Exec relations developed (L8 ), teams engaged and opportunities influenced through engagement
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Trianz’s sales, marketing, and delivery teams to enhance AWS-aligned service offerings.
  • Provide training and enablement to internal teams on AWS Enterprise engagement models and best practices.
  • Represent Trianz at AWS events, conferences, and partner summits.
  • Required Education Bachelor’s Degree Required Experience

  • 7 years of experience in alliances, partner management, business development, or professional services within the cloud or IT consulting industry.
  • Prior AWS Enterprise Experience (3-5 Years) is a must (Level 6 / 7 Enterprise Sales / Practice Manager
  • Experience working in Enterprise Account teams at AWS
  • Previously held AWS associate certification
  • Strong understanding of AWS Professional Services engagement models, cloud transformation initiatives, and AWS partner ecosystem.
  • Experience working with AWS teams, including sales, Enterprise, and partner development managers.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic alliance growth plans and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • AWS Certifications (., AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.

  • Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between USD $155,000 to $185,000. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
