Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for our tribe partners across various channels. Your primary focus will be optimizing Tribu's partner's online presence to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, as well as proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data analysis and decision-making. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of different people and industries and help turn their businesses into brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, with a focus on SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, SEM, and GA4.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and identify opportunities to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Plan and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels.
- Write SEO blogs for our tribe partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on digital marketing performance, KPIs, and key trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years is a bonus) in digital marketing roles, with a focus on SEO, PPC, SEM, and GA4.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
