Service Technician – Commercial Trailer Repair

Tricap Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team! If you have experience in commercial trailer repair, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality service, we want to hear from you! Travel from your home to remote work locations in GA and SC. Will train anyone with mechanical skills. Work truck and tools provided after training period.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform DOT inspections and necessary repairs on tractor-trailers and flatbeds
-Maintain compliance with DOT and safety regulations
-Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
-Maintain a clean and organized worksite
-Monitor service truck inventory and maintain proper stock levels
-Train and mentor Service Technician Trainees as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience: Hands-on knowledge of truck/trailer repairs
✔ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
✔ Skills: Ability to follow directions, use tools effectively, and work independently
✔ Physical Demands: Some heavy lifting and strenuous activity required
✔ Must pass: Pre-employment drug screening & background check

Work Environment:

This is a field-based position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
