- great interpersonal skills with healthcare candidates and employees of all levels
- strong experience in setting up a recruiting technology system (ATS)
- have a sales and marketing mentality and approach
- create a brand that will attract candidates to the company
- understand the nature of sales– strong listening and questioning skills, ability to influence hiring managers and candidates to accept positions (that are the right fit for the candidate and the organization)
- Must have healthcare experience
- Strong and assertive sourcing skills
- Experience recruiting passive job seekers not just those actively looking
- Experience building candidate pipelines thru creative methods other than just using job posting
- Create a internal posting system and job referral program
- Establish a hiring approval process tied to job descriptions
- Reduce agency fees and have experience doing so
- Experience building and managing additional recruiters over time
- Tactical requirements include scheduling candidate interviews, maintaining candidate data, offer letters, and placing ads as needed
