Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Representative to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT services. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with end-users and IT staff.
What You'll Do
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain Office 365 applications and services.
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory user accounts, groups, and permissions.
- Maintain IT asset management records, including hardware and software inventory.
- Handle help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, setting up accounts and devices.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and IT service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a service desk or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory management.
- Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 and MacOS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A , Microsoft 365 / Azure or other associate level IT certifications are favorable.
- Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
