What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dock Personnel position at TRIENDA?
The Dock Personnel picks material selected for shipment to customers. Physically receives and ships all designated materials via truck docks. Ensures the correct repackaging of customer orders if necessary. Ensures corresponding paperwork matches material physically being received or shipped.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Perform daily functions in an accurate and expedited fashion to maintain an efficient and continuous flow of produced goods. This is to include data entry, receiving, put-away, and material transfer of product used.
· Ensure that product packaging and cleanliness meets stated requirements.
· Perform daily functions are performed in an accurate and expedited fashion to maintain and efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This includes product picking and shipment.
· Perform physical audits comparing system inventory levels to actual when discrepancies are noted or as assigned by warehouse management.
· Maintain a safe and orderly warehouse storage system and general facility appearance.
· Communicate unresolved issues identified during the shift to a person within the warehouse management team.
· Operate a lift truck in accordance to stated safety guidelines.
· Performs all duties in compliance with regulatory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
· Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
· Performs other job duties and assignments as requested or as business needs require.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· High school or equivalent education required. No advanced degree required.
· Minimum of one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Experience in the plastics industry including extrusion, thermoforming or blow molding a plus.
