Primary responsibility is to lead and grow our channel partner network. The role holder will be
responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with channel partners to drive
revenue growth, expand market reach, and achieve business objectives.

- Channel Development Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner strategy to achieve sales
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company’s market
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner enquiries, escalations, and support.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify
- Sales Enablement
- Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop partner-specific marketing
- Ensure partners are up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and other relevant
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for channel partners.
- Track and report on partner performance, including sales metrics, pipeline
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Management on channel performance and
- Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with channel partners.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, and support) to

- Ensure all channel partner agreements and contracts are up-to-date and compliant
- Negotiate and finalize partner agreements, including terms, conditions, and pricing.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in
- Strong business acumen
- Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics and sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
