TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Quality Assurance Trainer - Auditor position in the Greer, SC area.
Overall Purpose
To complete Audits, record data, and share information regarding work orders, work instructions, and other miscellaneous processes for Quality Assurance.
May Report to
Site Manager
Responsibilities
Client relationship & Business development
- Responsible for recording of Audit findings and discrepancies to spreadsheet for management review
- Communication with QSB's regarding updates to work order instructions
- Communicate necessary Work Order Instructions changes to QSB
Operations
- Daily audits of lineside and containment area work order instructions
- Daily audits of inspector's, zone, and cage lead's training and adherence to work order instructions both lineside and in the containment area
- Daily audits of inspectors' timesheets, and work order entry sheets
- Daily audits to ensure compliance with TRIGO and customer policies and procedures including PPE and dress code
- Train inspectors on items not up to audit standards
- Notify supervisors of non-compliance with policies and procedures
- Audit that all associates are following TRIGO and customer policies (safety, dress, etc...) within the work area
- Audit supervisors in training and performance of work order instructions
Organization & Management
- Audit work area for cleanliness (including a walk-through to document all trash, excess parts, reject parts, etc..)
- Responsible for assisting in work order creation as needed
- Submit training logs detailing training topics covered with inspector to HR
Technical
- Perform analysis for process improvements and cost savings
Other
- Any other duties as assigned
