Job Overview :
Responsible for organizing, planning and directing the department of Women's. Incumbent will directly oversee the daily operations of the department. Responsible for working with physicians after the employment agreements are signed, completing the employee crosswalks, and walking through each phase of the onboarding tool, assuring that each step in the process is completed. Once the practice is on board, assuring that the practice managers are performing their roles with the practice personnel. Drafts policies and procedures for practice, assuring that the policies are consistent and reflective of TriHealth Corporate Policies. Responsible for assisting physicians in the development of clinical quality indicators alignment with PHO strategy, performance goals, and incentives. Work with the Administrator on the details necessary to assure efficient billing processes.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business; Health Care, Nursing
Physician practice management and leadership experience
7-10 years experience Management Healthcare Nursing
1-2 years experience Professional Statistical reporting and Data analysis
Job Responsibilities :
EFFICIENT OPERATIONS : Successfully directs the practice managers reporting to them, to ensure that patients, staff and physicians are able to successfully and efficiently perform their job responsibilities, while promoting to the physicians and staff.
ONBOARDING : Perform and assist with the onboarding process of new practices into the division, and other specialty practices, as may be directed by the Senior Administrative or Physician leader.
QUALITY AND SERVICE : Assist physicians in the development of practice based processes to achieve quality and patient satisfaction indicators. Mentor and assist with the development of action plans to improve those metrics not meeting the target.
CODING. BILLING, CHART DOCUMENTATION : In collaboration with the Administrator, develop front end billing accountability, and ensure the billing and coding functions that are maintained in the practice promote the highest chance of securing payment.
FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE : In collaboration with the Administrator, ensure that the monthly, quarterly, and biannual physician production reports are completed and presented to the physicians in a timely fashion. Request TPP CFO joint department meetings.
In collaboration with the Administrator, TPI Business Development, ensure that the monthly, quarterly, and biannual physician production reports are completed and presented to the TPI COO and the physicians in a timely fashion.
