Trileaf serves the wireless communications, real estate, financial, and petroleum industries from its headquarters in St. Louis, MO and 19 branch offices.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Project Manager will supervise the staff and act as primary point of contact for clients that report to our Austin, Texas office. The associated tasks are summarized below:
- Supervise between 5 and 8 environmental scientists, staff members working in-office and remote
- Perform semi-annual performance reviews of all direct reports
- Accept and delegate environmental projects from a subset of Trileaf's clientele
- Perform QA/QC on projects prior to submission in the Environmental Professional capacity
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will be prepared to show knowledge and experience in the following:
- Experience managing employees is preferred
- Environmental Professional (PE/PG or 5 years of Phase I/II ESA experience) is required
- 4-year college degree in environmental sciences, engineering, or related field
- Valid Driver's license
- Experience in the wireless telecommunications industry is preferred
- Experience with administrative functions such as accounting is helpful, but not necessary.
