Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet quality standards. This includes reviewing project plans, estimating costs, and managing bids, preparing necessary paperwork, maintaining project logs, meeting minutes, and other important documents, and overseeing project scheduling and coordinating with superintendents to meet deadlines. Additionally, you will manage project budgets, handle subcontractor agreements, scopes of work, and purchase orders, track changes to projects, and manage all change order requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager who can bring their expertise and passion to our team. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential, as well as the ability to read blueprints and understand construction documents. Excellent communication skills are also critical, as is experience with construction software and project management tools. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. We are open to considering candidates with relevant experience and qualifications, regardless of formal education background.
