Clinical Program Manager – In-patient:
You are mission-sensed and seeking meaningful work and career growth. You have completed a master's degree and are eligible for certification in the State of Oregon as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage and family therapist. You thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in supporting those around you. You would like to receive free clinical supervision to obtain your license.

Pay Equity: Please be advised that the pay range listed for this position is intended to provide general guidance on the earning potential for the role. However, actual compensation will be determined by the Oregon Equal Pay Law, which will take into account factors such as the candidate's relevant experience and education. Your Role:
Clinical Program Manager – In-patient:
- Provide clinical and administrative support, to a multidisciplinary team, in a highly structured therapeutic milieu.
- Carry cases as needed, providing individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based intervention.
- Position is responsible for managing assigned programs and overseeing activities in assigned programs to ensure the safety, security, and most effective treatment of clients.
- Provide in-the-moment support, to support the safety of the milieu, during times of significant stress.
