Join our team of dedicated professionals at our Corvallis location, as a Full-Time Facilities Manager! This onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the community of our residential programs. With a competitive salary based on education & experience, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with licensing and accrediting agencies.
Your Role as Facilities Manager :
As the Full-Time Facilities Manager at Trillium Family Services, Corvallis campus you will play a pivotal role in managing the safe working order of the of assigned buildings, grounds, physical plant systems, and equipment. Oversee and monitors construction projects to ensure execution is consistent with construction contracts, architectural drawings, and other published standards. Serve as the Safety Officer for the campus assigned and be a member of campus and agency committees for life safety and environment of care. Position may require evening and weekend work and responsibilities and must be available to respond to emergencies.
You will manage the Facilities department, applying your supervisory skills to ensure all systems are functioning optimally. Your role will extend to supervising a dedicated team, managing contractors, and coordinating security protocols to safeguard our environment. You will evaluate preventative and deferred maintenance, conduct thorough project management, and troubleshoot maintenance issues collaboratively.
About YOU :
Our ideal candidate has experience in maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds and physical plant systems and equipment. Knowledge of city and state regulations and requirements of regulatory bodies along with experience of delegating assignments and ensuring follow-through to completion.
Knowledge of HVAC, well, septic and fire suppression systems and knowledge of programs serving clients with mental / behavioral health issues preferred.
