Purpose: The administrative office manager will provide support to the agency through being an ambassador of Trillium values to all who come into our offices. They will also provide support to the finance and facilities teams, as well as be a part of the Executive Support Team and help where needed.

- Welcome and greet visitors into the Administration Suite
- Ensure appropriate check-in and compliance with visitor protocols
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
- Stamp outgoing mail and ensure it is picked up
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Work with the Executive Support Team
- Set up meetings, take minutes for finance committee of the Board and any other meetings when needed
- Assist when there are gaps in executive support coverage or projects that require additional support
- Administrative support
- Assist with copying, scanning, compiling grant documentation
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and place orders when needed

- Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Requires computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, SharePoint.
