As an Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in our projects, operating and maintaining skid steers and excavators to facilitate various construction tasks efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for maneuvering heavy machinery to perform tasks such as excavation, grading, site preparation, and material handling.
Job duties :
- Operate and maintain skid steers and excavators to perform a wide range of residential construction tasks, including digging, trenching, backfilling, grading, and material handling. Must be comfortable performing those tasks on slopes.
- Follow project plans and blueprints to accurately execute excavation and grading tasks, adhering to grade specifications and construction tolerances.
- Attend safety meetings and training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols and equipment operation best practices.
Pay is $25-$32 with overtime and long term job potential.
