Job Description:
TTI is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage our ServiceNow platform's day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate will support key processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, Performance Analytics, and other service modules. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
Support key IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
Conduct requirements gathering, configuration, integration, and testing for platform enhancements.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Partner with users to create/modify process workflows and improve system functionality.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and process documentation.
Stay informed on new ServiceNow features and drive continual improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
5 years of hands-on experience administering ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Services, Power BI, PowerApps, Salesforce, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Performance Analytics.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, etc.).
ServiceNow Administrator or relevant certifications preferred.
