We are looking for our next dynamic Operations Manager to join Trinity Exteriors! Our Operations Manager (roofing/siding/windows) will be interacting with homeowners, operations, sales, and production staff daily.

Responsibilities:
● Ensure that Operations personnel are on time and understand their job responsibilities.
● Review employee performance to accountability standards and address performance issues.
● Confirm job meets our minimum profitability requirements.
● Identify and correct problems with productivity and efficiency.
● Review and update all roofing, siding and other trade orders that come in to be approved (verify that all ordered materials and quantities are correct).
● Verify that the sales team has asked for is a realistic project plan and that all necessary materials are detailed to complete the project.
● Verify that all subcontractor's invoices submitted are from work that was completed.
● Manage all window orders, including confirming materials needed and scheduling window measurements.
● Work with the claims team to acquire any necessary documentation for reimbursement on insurance restoration projects.
● Visit job sites as needed to document issues on-site before any repairs are started.
● Communicating with the homeowner about what needs to be corrected and the recommended plan of action.
● Assist with handling customer disputes that escalate.
● Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● 3 years of direct experience in hands-on construction, roofing, and siding required.
● 3 years of operations and project management experience.
● Must have a firm understanding of roofing and siding best practices, including expertise in materials and installation techniques.
● Experience and understanding of the insurance supplementing process.
● AccuLynx experience nice to have.
● Strong organization, detail orientation, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
● Excellent leadership skills are required.
● Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with the customer, our partners, and employees.
● Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
● High-level customer service experience
● Strong experience using MS Excel.
● Willing to undergo a background check.
