This is inclusive of financial responsibility, departmental performance, performance management, and quality improvement programs. Identifies all customer groups, assesses their needs, and coordinates department to successfully achieve service line objectives. Assists the Director in policy / procedure development and monitoring, multi-disciplinary business planning and program growth development.

Position Overview
- Location: Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center
- Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
- Hours: 40 Hours per Week
- Compensation: $3,800.00 Gross Weekly $1300.00 Weekly Paid Travel (if residing 60 miles from facility)
- Active RN license in Idaho
- Minimum 2 years of ICU Manager experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s (MSN) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Oversee ICU operations, ensuring high standards of patient care
- Implement policies, procedures, and performance improvement programs
- Provide leadership and mentorship to ICU nursing staff
- Monitor and manage department budget and resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
- Serve as a liaison between ICU staff, senior management, and medical professionals
