Trinity Management, LLC seeks an experienced Compliance Specialist. At Trinity Management, LLC, we pride ourselves on protecting our company’s and owners' interests while ensuring compliance with federal and state housing programs. Our goal is to support the success and continued compliance of our mixed-income, mixed-use housing portfolio, and we are looking for someone to join us in that mission.
Our Compliance Specialists play a crucial role in the ongoing preservation and implementation of corporate compliance procedures across our portfolio. They will work with site staff, residents, and regulatory agencies to ensure that housing programs such as Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Section 8, and HOME are adhered to with precision and dedication.
A successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a solid understanding of affordable housing regulations, including knowledge of applicable federal and state compliance requirements. You will be expected to work closely with other departments, including accounting, external auditors, Compliance Directors, and Portfolio Directors to maintain compliance and support the continued success of our properties.
