What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Building Operations position at Trinity Management LLC?
Trinity Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee all of our properties at a high level. This leadership position will manage and support Regional Facilities Managers who handle the day-to-day operations, while being actively involved in the planning stages of property development. The Director of Operations will also oversee budgets for properties, working closely with Trinity Financial to ensure all projects are within their operating budgets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide leadership to Regional Facilities Managers overseeing maintenance and operations at multiple properties
- Participate in property development planning, providing input and oversight on new developments
- Manage property budgets and collaborate with Trinity Financial to maintain financial control
- Ensure that all properties meet operational and maintenance standards
- Regularly travel to properties to oversee operations and ensure compliance with company standards
- Handle strategic planning, scheduling, and reporting for property operations
Requirements:
- $150k - $165k a year
- Proven experience in property management and operations at a high level
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing property budgets
- Ability to travel frequently, with a travel stipend provided
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of property development and operational planning

- Ability to work remotely with one required day per week at the corporate office (or during departmental meetings, as needed)
