NOTE: This a unique opportunity as this person will be overseeing and managing a large project team, working onsite, and leading the charge on a $1B project as this project is a business unit in itself. It is an extremely high-profile job and due to its size needs a leader of this caliber to be on the site on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years’ experience working for a general contractor building projects in the $250M-$1B range
- Must have excellent management and leadership skills and be a respected member of the industry and community
- 4-year degree in construction or related field required
