Duties and responsibilities
- Understand real estate, title and lending transactions
- Prepare documents for closings
- Present and explain closing documents to buyers and sellers
- Exhibit strong math and computer skills
- Organize and prioritize tasks
- Pay close attention to details and timelines
- Display excellent customer service skills
- Work effectively with the office team
- Demonstrate confidence & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of closing/escrow documents including lender loan packages
- Review contracts, title commitments, and lenders instructions
- Scheduling and coordinating closings with all parties
- Preparing of Closing Disclosures and HUD’s
- Strong knowledge of rules and regulations industry wide

Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- 3-5 Years Industry Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Physical requirements
Job requires the ability to lift moderate weights up to 25 pounds occasionally. Extensive time working at a computer is required. Ability to move around the office is required. Travel to and from appointments outside the office is necessary occasionally. Clear cognitive ability is required at all times.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
