Position Description: The Client Implementation Specialist oversees the project management and onboarding of all new clients and worksite employees to the Trion payroll platform. Collaborating closely with Trion's New Client Integration team, this role serves as a central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between various departments within Trion. By coordinating efforts and providing proactive support, the Client Implementation Specialist is instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experience for clients and worksite employees alike. This position is 100% in-person. Position Responsibilities: Project Management:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: CLIENT IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST - Bachelors degree and two or more years of customer service experience

Plan, execute, and oversee client integration projects from inception to completion
Develop project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sales, operations, and external vendors, to define integration requirements and objectives
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and user guides
Prepare and present project status updates and reports to client stakeholders
Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging integration technologies
PEO/HR/Benefits/Payroll/Project Management experience a plus
Project Management Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, sales, business stakeholders, and external vendors
